So our price is very, very low to make it affordable by every business.This software is licensed by the year and its type of use. There are only three licenses available, small, medium & large.
The Small Business License: This license permits the software to be used on as many computers as a business choses at one (1) retail, restaurant or office business location as the business choses for the period of licensing. This license also permits use as an information system on cable TV systems for Hotels & Motels with less than 25 rooms. The cost of this license is $12.00 per year. If a company choses to use this software at multiple locations less than 20, it is recommended that a Small Business License be purchased for each location of use.
The Medium Business License: This license permits the software to be used on as many computers as the business choses at two to twenty-five (2 - 25) retail, restaurant or office business locations as the business choses for the period of licensing. This license also permits use as an information system on cable TV for Hotels & Motels and Cable TV systems that serve between 26 to 625 rooms or homes. Cable TV systems must perchase a Medium Business License for each system with 1 to 625 customers it is used on. The cost of this license is $219.00 per year. If a company choses to use this software at more than 25 business locations but less than 100, it is recommended that a Medium Business License be purchased for each group of businesses of 25 or less that the software is used the at.
The Large Business License: This license permits the software to be used on as many computers as the business choses at an unlimited number of retail, restaurant or office business locations that its parent company choses for the period of licensing as long as the business location is being operated and totally controlled by the same Company that holds the license. This license also permits use as an information system on cable TV for Hotels & Motels and Single Cable TV systems that serve more than 626 rooms or customers. Cable TV systems must purchase a Large Business License for each system it is used on with more than 626 customers. Motel and Hotel Chain Operators only need one Large Business License for all of their properties. This license is also the license needed for permission to use this software on Open Broadcast Commercial, NCE or Translator Television Stations. The Cost of this license is $849.00 per year.
